BIS is in the process of preparing a proposal to the City of Hoover requesting that Eid be recognized as an official holiday.


To support this effort, we need to demonstrate our community’s valuable contributions in the areas of education, economic growth, and social engagement within the City of Hoover.

This survey is a vital part of that process, as the information collected will help us present strong, data-driven evidence to the city council. Insha’Allah, once this proposal is approved, we plan to reach out to city councils of neighboring cities to pursue similar recognition.
