The HCIC library is free and open to the community. The library provides books, magazines, and other materials available for reference and checkout. The library also provides a quiet environment for reading, studying, or working and has separate study areas for brothers and sisters. - Monday: 6:00 AM - 8:30 PM
- Tuesday: closed
- Wednesday: 6:00 PM - 8:30 PM
- Thursday: 6:00 PM - 8:30 PM
- Friday: 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM
- Saturday: closed
